We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead exciting commercial, fit-out and civil engineering projects across the Midlands. If you've come through the trades, take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy leading teams, this could be the next step in your career.
Our projects are primarily based throughout the Midlands, delivering a mix of commercial, fit-out and civil engineering works. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on varied projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently.
This position is perfect for someone who has come through the trades—particularly carpentry—or an experienced foreman ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers.
- Plan and sequence works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Monitor quality, programme and productivity on site.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, project managers and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation.
- Lead by example and foster a positive, safety-first culture on site.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Senior Tradesperson.
- Carpentry or another construction trade background is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades on site.
- Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Experience using construction management software is an advantage (project management, site reporting or H&S software), or a willingness to learn new digital systems.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
