The successful candidate would be supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the shop. This role involves supervising employees, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining operational efficiency. An ideal candidate would act as a leader, motivating team members and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Retail experience is preferred.
