Glebe Builders are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Qualified Carpenter specialising in second-fix and finishing carpentry. The successful candidate will work across high-quality residential and commercial projects, delivering an excellent standard of finish.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Carpenter – National Craft Certificate or equivalent
- Strong experience in second-fix and finishing carpentry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling
- Full clean driving licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Duties
- Fitting doors, frames, skirting boards and architraves
- Hanging internal doors and fitting ironmongery
- Kitchen fitting and associated finishing works
- Installing flooring, stair components and other finish carpentry
- Completing snagging and remedial works
- Ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with site management and other trades
