What You'll Bring
- A minimum of 3 years' bartending experience, with significant experience preparing a wide range of cocktails.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Confidence in creating consistently high-quality drinks while working efficiently in a busy environment.
- A genuine passion for bartending and hospitality.
- A friendly, positive, and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills.
- A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to contribute ideas for seasonal cocktails and future menu development.
- High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and other beverages to company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and sharing your knowledge of drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory when required.
- Ensure all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the management team on cocktail development, seasonal specials, and menu improvements.
- Support your colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
