Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Van Pack Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional drain cleaning, blockage removal, and maintenance services to domestic customers across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
This role requires a strong work ethic, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while representing the Glancy Enviro brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out drain cleaning and blockage removal using van pack equipment
- Respond to call-outs and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine drain maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose drainage issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain equipment and ensure vehicles are kept in good working condition
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately
- Provide a high level of customer service while on-site
Requirements
- 2 Years Plumbing and or drainage experience required
- Experience operating van pack / jetting equipment preferred
- Full clean B driving licence required
- Safe Pass Certification
- Good knowledge of drainage systems and blockages
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to travel within Dublin and Leinster
