Experienced Bartender
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Bartender to join our motivated team in our busy Victoria Hotel in Galway. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Your Main Responsibilities

Meeting and exceeding Guests expectations regarding cocktails and beverages.

Responsible for keeping the bar area clean and organised, maintaining all sanitation standards of the hotel

Co-operation and good communication with your colleagues whilst on duty is essential in order to maintain a good team morale and teamwork throughout the hotel as a whole.

Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough service of cocktails and beverages to all guests.

Ability to ascertain guest satisfaction, confidently offering suggestions, and responding urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Assisting with Bar Deliveries and the maintenance of stock.

Attendance at training as when it is deemed necessary by your departmental Manager or the Hotel Manager is essential

Ensure defective or faulty equipment is reported and follow up on any maintenance issues to ensure they are rectified in a timely manner

Ensure all financial procedures, especially around guest billing are followed and shifts are closed out and balanced.
PRIOR BARTENDING AND CASHIER EXPERIENCE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
