The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our Warmer Home Scheme Programme from initial assessment through to installation, certification and final customer handover.
You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, surveyors and installers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of retrofit projects.
- Coordinate pre-surveys, variations and installations.
- Manage sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Ensure compliance with SEAI requirements, Domestic Technical Standards and Specifications along with company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, monitor progress and manage variations.
- Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues and customer concerns.
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service throughout the retrofit process.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing retrofit, construction, energy efficiency or residential upgrade projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, contractor management and quality control.
- Knowledge of SEAI retrofit schemes and compliance requirements.
- Experience using project management systems, CRM platforms, SharePoint or similar tools.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with customers, contractors and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience in retrofit, construction or related project management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence.
