ABOUT THE ROLE
Flutter Romance Bookstore Limited and Paige Press (Ireland) Limited are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the administration, integration, optimization, and ongoing management of the technology platforms that support retail, publishing, inventory, fulfillment, customer loyalty, and online sales operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving a complex ecosystem of interconnected business systems, including e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale software, inventory management systems, loyalty platforms, online marketplaces, and related operational technologies.
This role requires significant hands-on experience managing business-critical technology platforms, implementing and maintaining system integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting operational workflows, and coordinating data across multiple systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain e-commerce, retail, and inventory management platforms.
- Manage integrations between Shopify, Lightspeed POS, TikTok Shop, Faire Wholesale Marketplace, loyalty platforms, and related third-party applications.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize online storefronts, product catalogs, event registration systems, and customer-facing websites.
- Monitor and maintain inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels and operational systems.
- Configure and manage workflows supporting sales, fulfillment, purchasing, customer loyalty, and reporting functions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving platform integrations, data synchronization, inventory management, customer accounts, and online sales operations.
- Coordinate system updates, software implementations, and operational improvements.
- Analyze operational, inventory, and sales data to support business decision-making.
- Manage product setup, inventory management, preorder campaigns, and online sales initiatives.
- Support customer loyalty and retention programs through administration of loyalty and rewards platforms.
- Coordinate with publishers, vendors, authors, and technology providers regarding operational and system requirements.
- Train staff on business systems and provide ongoing technical support.
- Maintain documentation relating to systems, integrations, workflows, and operational procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three years' experience administering e-commerce, retail technology, inventory management, or business operations systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms.
- Experience managing software integrations between multiple business systems.
- Experience maintaining websites and online sales platforms.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues and resolving operational system problems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and online commerce operations.
- Experience working with retail technology platforms, point-of-sale systems, or customer relationship systems.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
No specific post-secondary qualification is required.
Applicants should demonstrate the required knowledge, technical competencies, and professional abilities through substantial practical experience administering e-commerce systems, business platforms, operational technologies, inventory systems, or related commercial software environments.
Equivalent hands-on industry experience will be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications.
