Project Experience
Our teams deliver roads, bridges, structures, marine works, aviation infrastructure, utilities, drainage, earthworks and heavy civil engineering projects across Ireland.
The Role
As a Procurement Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Procurement Department, assisting with supplier quotations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, returns, credit notes and purchasing records.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting with requesting, reviewing and comparing supplier quotations.
- Raising purchase orders and supporting the ordering process.
- Tracking deliveries, proof of delivery documentation and supplier updates.
- Assisting with returns, credit notes and supplier queries.
- Liaising with internal managers, site teams and accounts colleagues to support purchasing administration.
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and system updates.
About You
We are interested in hearing from junior Procurement Administrators, Purchasing Administrators, Buying Assistants, Supply Chain Administrators or strong administrators who are keen to build their experience in procurement.
- Previous experience in administration, purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or a similar support role.
- Exposure to plant procurement, construction, civil engineering or plant hire is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interest in developing within procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
- Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Must be based locally in or near Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo, with the ability to commute daily.
