As Clinical Practice Development Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to our multidisciplinary teams, driving innovation, quality improvement and evidence-based practice across the organisation.
You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and clinical professionals to:
Lead and develop multidisciplinary services
Drive person-centred and rights-based practice
Champion quality, governance and service improvement
Support complex case reviews and clinical decision-making
Foster collaboration, learning and innovation
Translate strategy into meaningful outcomes for people supported
We are particularly interested in hearing from high-calibre candidates with backgrounds in:
- Social Work
- Social Care
- Psychology
- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech&; Language Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Positive Behaviour Support
- Disability Services Leadership
You will bring:
A relevant professional qualification (Level 8 or above)
At least 5 years' post-qualification experience
Senior leadership or management experience
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, projects or services
Strong understanding of HIQA Standards, safeguarding and rights-based practice
A collaborative, compassionate and values-led leadership style
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills
Permanent Grade VII position
