We need someone who is really independent and it is essential you can be responsible for setting your own hours and managing one property to begin with & a growing portfolio, ensuring the house is cleaned to company standards, a keen eye for maintenance issues that may crop up, meeting and greeting guests on arrival, reporting via email and liasing with the home owners where necessary. This is not a 9 to 5 office job! We have an Area Manager and team of Managers that operate in Kerry so we have a strong support network.
