We are currently seeking a Leisure Club Supervisor to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role:A Leisure Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining the facility, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our members & Guests.
The Person: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Support the leisure centre manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting members & guests addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and presents a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a in a leisure centre or similar facility.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Nationally recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification/Swim qualification
