Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Leadership: Managing daily restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services to ensure smooth operation.
- Team Management: Training, coaching, and supervising restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Interacting with guests to ensure a high-quality, professional dining experience.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Managing food sales, stock levels, and adhering to budgetary guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety, HACCP, and company policies.
- Menu Planning: Collaborating with the Head Chef on menu development and, promoting specials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work in a, fast-paced environment
