Role Purpose
We are seeking a Digital & AI Transformation Specialist to support a major improvement programme across our CRM and digital capabilities. This individual will play a key role in redesigning, optimising, and enhancing our digital platforms while identifying and implementing practical AI solutions to support service delivery, operations, fundraising and research.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Transformation
- Lead the delivery of a backlog of ~120+ change requests across services, fundraising and research teams
- Redesign and optimise architecture to improve usability, efficiency, and reporting
- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet evolving organisational needs
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise and deliver system improvements
- Improve data structures, workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities
- Ensure system scalability and alignment with best practices
AI and Digital Innovation
- Identify opportunities to implement AI tools across the organisation
- Create proposals for SMT approval
- Develop practical AI use cases (e.g., automation, reporting insights, supporter engagement, service delivery enhancements)
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems where appropriate (currently using Microsoft platform)
- Support digital transformation initiatives beyond Salesforce, including PowerBI
Project Delivery
- Alongside the Head of Business Support, develop and manage a structured delivery roadmap for the change programme
- Ensure timely delivery of improvements within the 12-month contract
- Document system changes and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Salesforce certifications desirable)
- Developer best practice approach
- Strong experience delivering CRM transformation or optimisation projects
- Experience in AI tools and other applications in a business environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive outcomes
- Good communication skills to collaborate with management
