Site Manager – Cleaning Services – Non-GMP Pharmaceutical Site – Ringaskiddy Area
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our cleaning team at a non-GMP pharmaceutical site in the Ringaskiddy area.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations, support and manage the cleaning team, ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, and work closely with both our staff and the client to deliver an excellent service.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in the cleaning industry who enjoys leading a team and maintaining high standards in a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the cleaning team to ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards.
- Organise daily cleaning schedules, allocate duties, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Promote a safe working environment by following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with the client and respond promptly to any requests or issues.
- Train, motivate, and support team members to help them perform at their best.
- Monitor staffing levels, attendance, and overall site performance, reporting any issues when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve cleaning processes and the quality of service provided.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or Site Manager role within the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage daily cleaning operations efficiently.
- A commitment to delivering high cleaning standards and excellent customer service.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or other regulated environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
