About the Role
As a Hair Stylist at Meche Dublin, you’ll use your creativity and technical skills to make clients look and feel their best. You’ll work with a variety of clients and services, from classic cuts to on-trend colouring techniques, in a salon that encourages professional growth and individuality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services to clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and personalised consultations
- Maintain salon standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism
- Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive salon culture
- Manage client appointments efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Build and retain a loyal client base through great service and communication

What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified Hair Stylist (experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling
- Passionate about hair, fashion, and delivering outstanding client care
- A positive team player who is reliable and motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the team
