We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our business clients. Your core mission is to handle incoming phone calls, respond to email queries, and accurately log all client service requests in our internal systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering clear, helpful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer Calls: Pick up incoming phone calls from clients and help them with their questions or pass them to the right team.
- Reply to Emails: Answer incoming customer emails quickly with clear, polite, and helpful messages.
- Log Requests: Type details of every call and email accurately into our computer tracking system so no issue gets missed.
- Fix Basic Problems: Help clients solve straightforward issues right away during your first conversation with them.
- Meet Deadlines: Make sure all client requests are answered within the company's expected timelines.
- Keep Clean Records: Update customer accounts with the correct names, contact info, and notes.
Essential Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with an ability to explain information clearly to clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Excel) and a quick learner when introduced to internal ticketing systems/CRMs.
- Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to manage a busy workflow, switching smoothly between answering live phone calls and processing an email inbox.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and logging notes so that downstream teams have clear information to act upon.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A calm, patient, and logical approach to handling client complaints or complex queries.
The role is 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
