Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work for 2026/27, we are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee civils project
This is a senior leadership role on a civil groundworks project.

The Role:
- Supervise and coordinate all groundworks operations on site
- Oversee installation of raft foundations
- Manage labour, plant and subcontractors efficiently
- Oversee drainage, services, foundations, roads & external works
- Read and interpret drawings accurately
- Drive programme performance and productivity
- Maintain strict safety and quality standards
- Liaise with engineers, QS team and site management

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising large housing developments
- Strong experience delivering raft foundations (essential)
- Strong background in groundworks & civil engineering
- Experience managing multiple crews and machines
- Organised, proactive and capable of running a busy site
