Full-Time Menswear Sales Advisor
Location: The Diamond, Donegal Town
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, including weekends)

Our iconic store on The Diamond in Donegal Town is the beating heart of our retail experience, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic, style-conscious Sales Advisor to join our dedicated Menswear team.
The Role
This isn't just a retail job, it’s an opportunity to become a brand ambassador for a world-renowned Irish heritage label. You will be the face of our Menswear Department, guiding customers through everything from our casual luxury collections to our premium tailoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the Experience - Deliver a warm, unforgettable, and personalised styling service to every customer who walks through our doors.
- Drive Success - Bring a dynamic, high-energy approach to the shop floor, actively working to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Master the Fit - Develop a keen eye for precision, detail, and fit, playing a key role in supporting our premium Made-to-Measure suiting section.
- Maintain Excellence - Ensure the menswear department looks immaculate, reflecting our high standards of visual merchandising and premium brand identity.
What We Are Looking For
- The Personality - A dynamic, articulate, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for premium menswear, tailoring, and style.
- The Skillset - Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients, providing a world-class shopping experience.
- The Detail Focus - A commitment to precision, essential for working with premium fabrics and bespoke tailoring specifications.
- The Experience - Ideally, 2–3 years of experience in luxury or high-quality retail is preferred. However, for a candidate with the right drive and a passion for learning, full training will be provided.
Please note - This is a permanent, full-time career role (37.5 hours) that includes weekend work. It is not suitable for students or those seeking weekend-only work.
