Overview of Role
A public sector client has a requirement to hire a Business Analyst on a day rate contract basis. This will be a 2+ year contract with an established client. You will be working alongside an established Ergo team delivering business systems and technical projects.
The successful candidate will.
Be able to work in all aspects of a project life cycle from Business Analysis to implementation and testing.
Be capable of working on her/his own initiative.
Able work effectively as part of a team.
Key Deliverables
Business process analysis, including process mapping.
Systematic and methodology driven business process analysis (e.g. LEAN Six Sigma).
Some overlap with the Project Management and the ability to work with methodology (PMP, / PRINCE, etc).
Facilitating workshops as part of requirements gathering.
Business process design incorporating process mapping (e.g. Visio process maps).
Building user stories and associated acceptance criteria.
Building comprehensive test plans and documents to support solution delivery.
Building comprehensive documentation and transitioning support documentation to various
stakeholder groups (i.e. business and technical audiences).
Providing system support, know-how, and understanding of operational systems and
processes.
Familiar with DevOps environments
Review and analysis of the organisations business intentions, services, processes and
information needs to identify changes to leads to business improvements.
Conduct feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models
Liaises with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change.
Experience of change management, including using formal change management techniques
Qualifications or equivalents
Degree level or better
BA / PM Certification
