HRM Business Partner

Head of Human Resources
Purpose of the Role
To lead and support the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation. The HRM Business Partner will ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices while promoting employee engagement, performance, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management

Lead, supervise, and support members of the HR team.

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for HR staff.

Ensure HR objectives and service standards are achieved.
Recruitment and Retention
-
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for overseas and European candidates.

Support managers with workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Monitor employee retention and implement improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations
-
Provide guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.

Ensure investigations and hearings are conducted fairly and consistently.

Support managers in resolving employee relations issues.
Performance Management
-
Coordinate appraisal and probation review processes.

Support managers in setting objectives and managing performance concerns.

Monitor compliance with performance management procedures.
Policy and Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
-
Review and update HR policies and procedures.
-
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting systems.
Learning and Development
-
Identify organisational training needs.
-
Coordinate learning and development programmes.
-
Promote leadership and management development initiatives.
HR Reporting and KPI Management

Monitor HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and training compliance.

Produce regular reports for senior management.

Recommend improvements based on workforce data and trends.
