We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager reporting into our Head Office, Ardee, Co Louth.
The role will involve management project teams on contract furniture install projects across the UK. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful project delivery along with strong client facing skills. Reporting to Contracts Manager, the role is National and will involve travel depending on home location.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractors
- Responsible for the complete project management of the fit out and delivery of the project on time and within budget
- QAQC
- Variation Control
- Plan for resource and material requirements
- Manage several live projects simultaneously
- Implement Safety Management System on site with support from H&S Manager
- Attend all necessary site meetings
- Monitoring and updating schedule of works
- Work closely with clients
Minimum Criteria:
- CSCS Card - Gold - NVQ L4 Site supervision/Equivalent
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)/Equivalent
- NEBOSH Managing Safely
- 5+ years fit-out experience with commercial project exposure
- Proven track record of delivering high volume fit-out projects
- Full clean driving licence (company vehicle or monthly salary enhancement)
Working hours:
Core working hours: Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm and Friday from 7am to 12.15pm. Additional hours may be required.
Periodic potential travel from UK Live Projects and to our head office in Ireland.
Salary Scale (subject to experience)
