Real Estate Administrator
Role Overview
The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of a real estate office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining property records, and assisting in client support to ensure efficient functioning of real estate transactions and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to property listings, client inquiries, and office communications.
Maintain and update property listings, contracts, and client databases accurately.
Coordinate scheduling of property viewings, meetings, and inspections.
Prepare and process real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property advertisements.
Liaise with clients, agents, landlords, and service providers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administration, preferably in real estate or property management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate management software is an advantage.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
