Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages
- Floor Service: Assist with catering services as needed, including taking orders and food running.
- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar staff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation and a high level of service.
- Event Support: Assist with private functions, ensuring excellent service is maintained throughout.
