Key Responsibilities:
Your main duties will include:
Food and Coffee Preparation & Presentation
- Prepare and present a variety of food and drinks to meet our high standards.
- Ensure the food and beverages are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
- Follow recipes and ensure portion control is adhered to.
Customer Service Excellence
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
- Greet customers with a positive attitude and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and professionalism.
- Anticipate customer needs and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks such as food preparation, customer service, and cleaning functions, while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Efficiently manage time and priorities during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Adherence to Company & Food Service Standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the work area, including food prep areas and customer-facing spaces.
- Comply with all health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all services.
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Training will be provided as required.
Qualifications and Skills :
We’re looking for someone who can bring their enthusiasm and energy to the team, including:
- Good spoken English: Clear communication is key in providing excellent customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive Attitude: A "Can-Do" attitude with a passion for making customers smile and delivering great service.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Schedule and Hours:
- You will be rostered for any 5 days out of 7, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Shifts will be daytime (up to 8 hours per day), between 8am and 6pm with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Please note this position requires both Saturday and Sunday availability and will not suit anyone who is limited by morning/afternoon hours due to school/college.
