Role Overview:
As one of Assistant Managers of one of our Flagship Stores, you will be responsible for leading one of the company's most prestigious and strategically important locations along side our store manager. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional commercial results, and create best-in-class customer experiences that bring our brand, expertise, and innovation to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a highly engaged, customer-focused team.
- Deliver company expectations on sales, KPI's and Drivers.
- Drive luxury fragrance consultations and clienteling excellence.
- Create memorable, personalised customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
- Use insight and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for The Fragrance Shop brand and flagship proposition

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- A minimum of one-year experience within a open sell environment within a Supervisory / Management capacity.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
