The Role
Sevens Casino Dublin is seeking a professional, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Casino Security Guard to join our growing team.
This is a key front-of-house position responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, combining excellent customer service with a calm, confident and professional approach to security.
Previous casino experience is not required as full training will be provided.
Hours & Shift Pattern
Full-Time
Flexible shift pattern operating Monday to Sunday, including both daytime and evening shifts.
Typical shifts include:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Rotas are prepared fairly across the team and may include weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor access to the premises and verify entry requirements where necessary.
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the casino.
- Promote a safe, secure and enjoyable environment for customers and staff.
- Monitor customer behaviour and report any concerns appropriately.
- Assist with customer queries and provide excellent front-of-house service.
- Carry out routine security and safety checks.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents should they arise.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure company procedures are followed.
- Help maintain the professional appearance and standards of Sevens Casino at all times.

Essential Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to reliably travel to and from work.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Satisfactory references will be required.
A valid PSA Door Supervisor and/or Security Guard Licence is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from exceptional candidates who do not currently hold a licence, as Sevens Casino may support the successful applicant in obtaining the required certification.
