Floor Manager – The Good Café, Athlone
The Good Café is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, has great energy, and can help lead our front of house team.
As our Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the front of house, supporting and supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and helping the team deliver the warm and friendly atmosphere that The Good Café is known for.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar hospitality management or supervisory role and will be confident leading a team in a busy café environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting the front of house team
- Organising daily floor operations and ensuring smooth service
- Training and guiding staff to maintain high standards
- Providing excellent customer service and handling customer needs professionally
- Supporting the café team to create a positive and welcoming environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar hospitality role
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure
- Has a passion for hospitality and enjoys working with both customers and a team
The position requires availability Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
