First Class Clean – Area Supervisor North Dublin - City Centre & North County Dublin
€17 per hour

First Class Clean is looking for a reliable and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations across North Dublin This is a hands-on supervisory role involving staff management, client communication, training, quality control, and operational support across multiple client sites.
Role Overview
As the Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our cleaning standards are consistently delivered across your assigned locations. You will train new staff, supervise teams, carry out quality inspections, manage client relationships, and provide operational support to ensure our services run smoothly.
You will receive your rota at the beginning of each week. Shift times are flexible and may include morning, afternoon, or evening work, depending on business requirements. The role will primarily consist of evening work; however, morning shifts will occasionally be required when onboarding new clients or training new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new staff on-site using First Class Clean service schedules and procedures.
- Train relief and cover staff across multiple locations.
- Supervise teams of cleaning staff throughout North Dublin
- Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure company standards are maintained.
- Correct any cleaning issues immediately and provide additional coaching where required.
- Hold keys for designated client sites and carry out keyholder responsibilities where required.
- Respond promptly to client queries, requests, and complaints.
- Assist with the setup of new client sites and ensure services commence successfully.
- Provide operational support during deep cleans and other specialist cleaning projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Area Supervisor.
- Experience managing and training cleaning staff.
- Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Full flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings as required.
- Full, clean driving licence (required).

A company vehicle may be provided for this role, subject to the successful candidate meeting our insurance requirements.
Hours & Pay
- €17.00 per hour.
- Minimum of 20 guaranteed hours per week.
