The Role
We are looking for a Barista / All-Rounder to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the coffee shop — from making excellent coffee to providing great customer service and helping keep the shop running smoothly.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week).
The main shift for this role is the closing shift from 7:00 pm to 11:00 / 11:30 pm.
Flexibility is important, as you may occasionally be asked to cover additional shifts when team members are on holiday or unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee and beverages to Mocha Beans standards
- Create consistent and high-quality latte art
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and service areas clean and organised
- Assist with simple food preparation when required
- Restock products and maintain display areas
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash and assist with cash-up at the end of the shift

- Passion for coffee and attention to detail
- Barista experience and latte art skills preferred
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
- Willingness to help with different tasks as part of a small team
- No Sunday or bank holiday availability required
