Purpose
The Enterprise Productivity Office (EPO) Lead is a strategic partner to the Alexion Leadership Team (ALT), and functional leaders, identifying and shaping opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, productivity, and enterprise performance. Leading a lean, agile team, this role diagnoses business challenges, builds business cases, advances AI/digital and operating model opportunities, and enables functions to adopt scalable solutions that simplify work, increase capacity, and improve delivery across Alexion.
Key Accountabilities
- Enterprise effectiveness and productivity strategy: Partner with executive and functional leaders to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, decision speed, productivity, operating models, location strategy, and ways of working.

- AI, digital and data enablement: Identify and advance opportunities to leverage AI, automation, digital tools, and data-driven capabilities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Organizational transformation and change: Lead work involving operating model evolution, functional effectiveness, shared services/global business services approaches, workforce productivity, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
- Enterprise capability building: Create scalable tools, frameworks, dashboards, playbooks, and repeatable approaches that enable functions to independently drive continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Scope and Interfaces
