The Head of Operations is hiring an Operations & Services Assistant Manager
The role
The Operations & Services Assistant Manager will support the Head of Operations & Services in maintaining the highest operational standards across the Village. The role will focus on supporting the delivery of Traffic Management, Security, Service Yard Operations, Health & Safety, Compliance, and Contractor Management, ensuring a safe, secure, compliant, and welcoming environment for guests, brands, employees, and contractors.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Team and contracted service providers to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance across the Village.
Location: Kildare Village
Starting minimum salary: 40,000

What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience in traffic management, health & safety compliance, security operations, and contractor management within a retail, leisure, hospitality, tourism, or similar operational environment.
- Extensive experience in a commercial, retail, leisure, hospitality, or tourism environment.
- Experience supervising or coordinating teams, including both direct employees and third-party contractors, to achieve agreed service standards.
- Experience supporting budget control and cost management activities would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work during Village opening hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays on a rota basis.
