Boutique Manager — Independent Sustainable Clothing & Lifestyle Store

Hours: 4 days per week (including Saturdays)

Slowstreet is an independent women’s clothing boutique focused on beautiful, wearable and sustainable fashion. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, a welcoming store experience and building long-term relationships with our customers.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Boutique Manager to help lead our store and small team.
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who loves being on the shop floor — styling customers, driving sales, creating a beautiful store environment and supporting a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Leading, motivating and supporting the retail team
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising standards
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Supporting stock management and new product launches
- Creating a warm, positive and professional team culture
The ideal person:
- Previous fashion, lifestyle, beauty or premium retail experience
- Strong selling and customer relationship skills
- Confident leading others
- Commercially aware and proactive
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, reliable and solution-focused
This role could suit an experienced manager looking for a better work-life balance, or a strong assistant manager ready to take the next step.
