Full time position available in Sweeney's Hotel Dungloe County Donegal
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greeting guests and assigning rooms
- Managing bookings using hotel management software
- Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Performing cashier duties
- Handling any requests or complaints from guests
- Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
Requirements include:
- IT skills and knowledge of booking systems and software
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
Work Location: In person
