What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a hotel management role
- A strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering outstanding service and unforgettable guest experiences
- A kind, honest, and caring approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting the wider community
- Commercial awareness, strong financial acumen, and the ability to maximise business potential while maintaining effective cost control
- A sound understanding of Health, Safety and Fire procedures
- Experience developing teams through structured training, robust development plans, and regular performance reviews
- The ability to build strong working relationships and support colleagues across the wider team
- Excellent attention to detail
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a proactive approach
- The ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure
