We are looking for a reliable, skilled gardener to join our small, professional garden‑maintenance team. This is a full‑time, hands‑on outdoor role focused on the high‑quality upkeep of private gardens, with a strong emphasis on machinery, beds & borders, and seasonal work.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance of established private gardens, including:
- Lawn care: mowing, edging, strimming, seasonal treatments
- Hedge cutting and shrub pruning
- Beds & borders: weeding, edging, planting, soil work, mulching
- Seasonal tasks: leaf clearance, deadheading, dividing, general tidying
- Use of garden machinery: mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers, blowers
- Maintaining high presentation standards across all sites
- This role is focused on detailed garden maintenance rather than tree work or heavy landscaping.
- Working independently and managing your own daily route
This is outdoor work in all weather, requiring physical fitness, focus, and pride in workmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in garden maintenance, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor work
- Strong reliability and consistent punctuality
- Confident using mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers, and blowers
- Practical plant knowledge: pruning, seasonal tasks, general horticultural care
- Good attention to detail and a calm, steady working style
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Full B driving licence (required)
- Must be legally able to work in Ireland
