Production Manager
Ballineen Fine Foods Ltd, Bandon established in 1993 a highly successful Food Manufacturing Business supplying products to customers across Ireland and UK for over 30 years are seeking an experienced Production Manager to work with Management to support the continuous growth of the Business.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for :-
Managing the day to day operations of the site through a combination of production planning, material handling to include the distribution of raw materials, packaging and finished goods through the site.
Management of production lines through supply of all required materials in a timely manner to Production Staff.
Stock Control to include Goods Intake and Dispatch.
Staff Management to include staff training across different production lines.
Work closely with Management and Quality to ensure the delivery of production requirements while maintaining the highest standards of Food Safety to HACCP, and BRCGS Quality Standards in line with Company procedures.
Working with Management and QM in the organisation and management of all Quality Audits and Customer visits.
This is a hands on management Production Role which requires working closely on a day to day basis with Management and production staff on the production floor.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous Management Experience in a similar role preferably in a Meat/Food Manufacturing Operation with a strong knowledge and understanding of Food Safety Systems,Regulatory Requirements and Quality Management.

SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary Neg depending on Experience
Day Shift Only - Monday to Friday. Early Finish on a Friday - 2.30 p.m.
Performance Bonus based on KPI's.
