Our warehouse and events team plays a vital role in ensuring every event is delivered safely, professionally and to the highest standard. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a busy, supportive team.
About the Role
This is a varied and active role combining warehouse duties, driving and event setup. You'll help prepare equipment in our warehouse before travelling to venues across Ireland to deliver, install and dismantle event props, décor and equipment.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, working as part of a team and contributing to the successful delivery of exciting events.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Setup & Breakdown
- Load and unload vehicles with event equipment, props, lighting, signage and décor.
- Deliver equipment safely to venues across Ireland.
- Set up and dismantle event equipment according to event plans and layouts.
- Ensure all equipment is handled safely and professionally.
Warehouse Operations
- Organise and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring equipment is stored correctly.
- Clean, inspect and carry out minor repairs to props and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Prepare equipment and materials ready for upcoming events.
Logistics & General Support
- Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Pack, label and prepare items for transport.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Support colleagues with warehouse and event-related tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
- Full, clean driving licence (applicants must be 25 years or older for insurance purposes).
- Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling.
- Basic DIY and maintenance skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours, particularly during busy event periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
