Are you confident on the phone, highly organised, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our established and growing team in Cork.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, administration, sales, or customer-facing roles who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven, and people-focused environment. Full training will be provided, including one week of training in Glasgow, which candidates must be able to commit to prior to starting full-time in the Cork office.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a central role in the recruitment pipeline while also providing key administrative and PA support. Acting as the first point of contact for candidates and visitors, you will help deliver a smooth, professional, and engaging experience while supporting the day-to-day organisation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment pipeline from application through to interview and placement
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate calls
- Engaging confidently with candidates, discussing roles and promoting opportunities
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Welcoming and hosting candidates attending interviews or office appointments
- Supporting successful candidates with onboarding and compliance documentation
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within recruitment systems and databases
- Managing the business owner’s diary and calendar, scheduling meetings and interviews
- Providing PA and administrative support, including coordination of appointments, inbox management, and general office administration
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, PA, sales, customer service, or a similar people-focused role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diaries and competing priorities
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Personable, enthusiastic, and motivated by connecting people with opportunities
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to commit to one full working week of training in Glasgow prior to starting full-time in the Cork office
