Managing a sales pipeline involving monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.

Coordinate and schedule strategic meetings for account managers to drive growth and maximise sales opportunities.

Create and follow up on customer quotes based on their needs, ensuring high attention to detail and a focus on conversion and client satisfaction. All activity should be logged in the CRM and Business Management system.

About The Role
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) primary duties include understanding the customers needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails and helping the Account Manager close sales deals.
The ISR thrives on engaging with customers and new leads bringing energy and enthusiasm to a fast-paced sales environment. The ISR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who is dynamic, adaptable, and sales driven to meet targets, while working closely with the sales team and the wider company to ensure targets are met. As an ISR, you will take ownership of the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing business objectives and KPIs with the goal of driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships.
