About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled chef who is ready to take ownership of a section and deliver high-quality, consistent dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and take full responsibility for your designated section
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the highest standard while maintaining excellent consistency
- Maintain the highest levels of food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness (HACCP)
- Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and daily specials
- Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering
- Deliver excellent service during service periods, including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie or strong Sous Chef role
- Experience working in a high-volume busy kitchen (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering great food
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
