Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Kitchen Assistant at Apache Pizza Temple Bar. This is a part-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Take and process food orders accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with food preparation and general kitchen support
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with team members during shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail in both service and kitchen tasks
- Previous customer-facing experience is a plus
- Food safety certification is beneficial (not required)
