We are seeking a professional Bar staff to work in one of our Irish owned pubs in Budapest City Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Requirements
If you're a motivated person with a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you. Davy Byrne's Irish Pub, James Joyce Irish Bar and Murphy's Irish Pub are Irish owned and run Irish pubs in Budapest City Centre.
- Supervise junior bar staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Motivate junior staff to perform to the best of their ability
- Address every day issues promptly and professionally
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
- Opening and closing procedures of the bar
- Ensure all end-of-night reports are completed and sent to the owner
- Handle and resolve any issues that arise during service
- Contact workmen if maintainance issues
- Help plan and run private events
- Support and manage busy trading periods such as major sporting events
- Assist in organising and running quiz nights and other in-house events
- Help new staff
- Maintain high standards of service and presentation throughout the pub
- Ensure the premises are kept clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Monitor and drive sales to meet or exceed targets
- Implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels effectively
- Minimize waste and control costs
- Maintain a professional approach to all aspects of the role
- Represent the business in a positive and responsible manner

- Previous experience in a bar or similar role (Cafe/Restaurant etc)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €1,700.00 per month
