What you’ll be doing
This is broad-ranging role and an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, creativity and being directly involved in growing a business.
You will:
· Review, manage and maintain our e-commerce website
· Develop our social media platforms, creating highly engaging campaigns and content to grow our B2B and B2C sales.
· Grow and maintain our email marketing activities
· Develop and implement promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal offers and help develop trade brochures for our various products
· Generate leads and enquiries through the various marketing activities and follow-up on these, ensuring great customer engagement for both B2B and B2C.
· Monitor marketing performance and recommend and implement improvements to better drive enquiries and sales.
· Assist the Managing Director with developing our B2B sales by researching potential partners across hotels, interior designers, architects etc.
Who you’ll be
You’ll be a self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, implementing ideas and delivering results. You’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities within a small business environment. You’ll comfortable with working autonomously in a remote role while maintain good contact with the team.
You’ll have strong creative marketing skills, able to plan campaigns and create and great content across multiple platforms aswell as the ability to do all practical aspects of marketing.
In terms of experience, you’ll have a strong marketing background with a proven ability to help drive product sales for a small business. Experience within a sales role is also highly desirable. Interest in furniture/interiors/design is preferred but not essential.
What we’re offering
Salary of £35,000 / €43,000
This is primarily a remote/ work from home position with regular Zoom meetings and occasional face to face meetings in our Ballyhaunis Co Mayo HQ and attendance at trade-shows and exhibitions.
