Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting visitors and residents, guiding them to their desired destinations with a helpful and welcoming attitude.
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Taking bookings and organising viewings for potential residents.
- Responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Record all enquiries on EpicCare System.
- Managing important administrative tasks, updating policies and procedures, data entry, filing, and other ad hoc duties.
- Support the administrator with day-to-day duties.
- Update the Fire evacuation list and list of residents.
- Book taxis and assistants for Resident’s hospital visits.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area, creating a positive first impression for all who enter.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and professional demeanour, reflecting our commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, enabling you to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full time position, with the occasional weekends BH.

- Carn an Bhua, County Wicklow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
