Night Owls Decorators is a busy family-run property maintenance company working across more than 300 managed properties throughout Dublin.
We’re looking for a reliable, practical and detail-focused person to join our afternoon team.
This role is ideal for someone who studies in the mornings (college, university or English school) and is available to work every weekday afternoon.
This is not a general cleaning position. We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, likes using tools and takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.
The Role
Typical duties include:
- Interior wall painting
- Cutting-in and touch-up painting
- Filling and sanding
- Silicone replacement in kitchens and bathrooms
- Replacing switches, handles, door stops and small fittings
- Basic handyman repairs
- Lawn mowing and outdoor tidy-up
- Carrying materials and preparing work areas
- Keeping tools, machines and company vehicles clean and organised

Working Hours
Part-time
Usually:
1:00pm – 5:00pm
or
2:00pm – 6:00pm
Monday to Friday
Up to 20 hours per week
Some weeks may be busier than others depending on workload.
Locations
We work across Dublin, including:
- Dublin City Centre
- Lucan
- Cherrywood
- Dundrum
- South Dublin
- and surrounding areas.
You must be able to travel to different job sites and arrive on time each afternoon.

Requirements
- Previous painting, decorating or handyman experience
- Basic spoken English
- Valid permission to work in Ireland
- Reliable transport to sites across Dublin
- Full B Driving Licence is an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in property maintenance or decorating is highly desirable
Pay: €16.00 per hour
