Butlers Tours was founded in 1967 and are based in Carrigtohill, Co. Cork . We specialise in providing custom luxury tours of The Island of Ireland for our North American Clientele.
We have our own fleet of luxury tour vehicles, expert team of driver/guides and our skilled tour Planning & Sales team who create exciting custom tour itineraries complete with an all inclusive tour package.
We are a growing team looking to add a Booking Agent to our team
This is a fast paced office and we are looking for a dynamic person with a 'can do' attitude to join our expanding team. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself and our company in this diverse and challenging role with an emphasis on having fun.
What role will our Booking Agent have?
You will be joining our energetic and fun office team covering challenging and exciting roles.
- Booking Hotels, Attractions, Entertainment, etc
- Coordinate with our Tour Planners
- Coordinate with our Accounts Manager
- Competently Deal With Multiple Accounts At One Time
- Efficiently Log All Booking Details With Flawless Accuracy
The ideal candidate will have following competencies and experience:
- Highly proficient computer skills (Priority)
- Great organisational skills
- The ability to manage several accounts at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- Detail oriented
- Confident and friendly communicator
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage (provide details)
- Enthusiastic and positive team player
- Independent, proactive and flexible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
