We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team on a large housing development project in Enniscorthy, Wexford.
Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations and oversee residential construction activities.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site labour.
Plan and organise labour, materials, and resources in advance of upcoming works.
Oversee timber frame construction and above-ground finishing works.
Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to required quality standards.
Carry out snagging inspections and ensure defects are resolved promptly.
Liaise with purchasers and support the completion and handover process.
Ensure all works comply with drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety requirements.
Maintain accurate site records and report progress to senior management.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure materials are available when required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman or similar role.
Strong experience working on residential housing schemes.
Experience with timber frame construction is essential.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and site activities.
Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of Irish construction Health & Safety standards.
Full clean driving licence is desirable.
Pay: €52,721.46-€77,837.17 per year
