As part of this continued investment, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Head of Operations, based in County Tipperary.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have operational responsibility for two strategically important sites in Ireland and England, providing visible leadership across manufacturing, processing, warehousing and logistics.
This is a pivotal leadership appointment with responsibility for improving operational performance across two strategically important sites. You will increase efficiency, modernise systems and processes, develop leadership capability, deliver major capital investment projects and build the operational capacity required to support ambitious international growth. You will also champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence, customer service and safety remain at the heart of the business.
We are seeking a high-calibre senior operations leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvement within a process manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment. You will be an experienced leader of people and change, capable of improving operational efficiency, strengthening organisational capability, implementing best practice and using technology and operational data to drive performance. Experience of leading multi-site operations and successfully delivering strategic operational change will be highly desirable.
