Provide first and second-line IT support to employees across the business
Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner
Set up laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and user accounts for new starters
Configure and deploy IT equipment for Head Office and construction site offices
Install and maintain printers, monitors, docking stations, and networking equipment
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows environments
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Maintain IT asset registers and equipment inventories
Assist with IT security, including device security, password management, antivirus, and security best practices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
Support the setup and relocation of site offices, ensuring all IT systems are operational
Liaise with external IT suppliers and service providers when required
Assist with system upgrades, software rollouts, and continuous improvement projects
Produce clear documentation and user guides where required
Experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or IT Systems Engineer role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
Experience setting up and supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, switches, VPNs, TCP/IP)
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and user account administration
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritise multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Ireland when required
Experience within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential
